We need leadership as a behaviour of many and management as a function to be fufilled by the many.<br /><br />Democratic, participative, inclusive, collaborative, cooperative.bob cannellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02319081568039594486noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1888622335052121805.post-82129956992756769602010-03-27T04:01:50.626-07:002010-03-27T04:01:50.626-07:00Wonderful post, Bob.

Enron was another - a plastic halo to go alongside their 64 page code on ethics.<br /><br />You are right to take aim at the very model of leadership that we have in society and business. It is not just because we subsidise share options for CEOs and Goldman Sachs as a nation and frown on genuine worker co-operatives. Here, we have this (it seems ideological) split between the radical and monetarist tendencies (represented respectively by Co-operatives UK and the EOA), whereas in Wales and Scotland the lead development bodies (CDS and Wales Co-op Centre) encompass both wings.Sion Whellenshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15136690108746526194noreply@blogger.com
